About the decoder and the first book

I have been handing out decoder business cards to every designer I know. If you got one and are having trouble decoding the message on the home page, here are some hints. You will notice that on the homepage there is a business card size outline on the outside of the coded message. Use the + and – buttons to make the square the same size as your decoder card. When the card matches up with the screen a secret message should be visible through the holes. The message is the title of the first book we will be reading.
